Script-Ware comes with a support system to allow you to receive support from our support system.

We really encourage you to use the support system and to share any crashes you have received from using Script-Ware. We are always looking for ways to better Script-Ware.

Important Information

🛑 DO NOT make a support ticket if you feel your account has been stolen. 🛑

If you feel this is the case, contact the help desk at [email protected] immediately. Refer to the "Account Recovery" (https://docs.script-ware.com/account-recovery) page.

Support members will never require to know your personal information, including passwords. If a support member requests any personal information, do not send it. Refer to the "Have you received inadequate support?" section below.

All discussions you hold with support on our website are logged for quality assurance purposes. We occasionally review these tickets to ensure any encounter that has happened has been up to our standards.

Choose the right information!

Please make sure you select what platform you are having issues with! The bottom of the support page has "Script-Ware", "Script-Ware M" and "Script-Ware iOS" - if you own both platforms, you must select the one you are having issues with.

This only applies if you own more than one software type.

How to ask questions properly.

Issues happen! We understand that you may have encountered some problems or consistent issues when using Script-Ware, we are more than happy to help you.

In order for you to allow us to provide you support properly, you must convey your points properly and let us know what it is you are struggling with.

The following are bad examples versus good examples of asking questions.

Example One:

  • "I am crashing, help!"

This does not tell us anything about why you are crashing or what you would need to do in order to then crash. A better way of saying you are crashing is:

  • "I am crashing, this is the script I have run and I crashed right after I executed the script".

Now we have something we can work with! The support members will send the script to us developers and we will manually conduct tests and hopefully have it fully fixed.

Example Two:

  • "Hi, I need support." or, "Hi, I need help!"

This is absolutely not the way to open your ticket. We are already aware that you require support, that is why you are opening the ticket. Instead, please make sure you explain your error as fully as possible immediately.

  • "Hi, I need support. I have been trying to run this script and it has caused this crash."

This now lets us know what has happened and what we can do to help you out instantly. There is less small talk and more actually providing you with support.

Titles

Please make sure your support ticket title properly reflects your issue, if your issue is related to (for example) being unable to inject/attach Script-Ware make sure you mention that in the title ideally.


Final Message

Don't be scared to ask for help! We're always willing to help you.

Have you received inadequate support?

If you have received inadequate support or something feels off with the instructions and help you have received, make a complaint to the owner through [email protected] with any screenshots and relevant information when you can.

This isn't limited to just the support system either, if you have received poor support through Discord (from an official staff member), this same thing applies.

We do not accept any form of disrespectful attitude to any customer for any reason whatsoever. 🙅‍♂️

If you feel disrespected, contact us and we will see to it and make sure you are satisfied in the end.

Please ensure you stay calm in any situation that may feel disrespectful to you, we will see through it in the end and make sure you are satisfied. Again, we are very sorry if this happens to you.

Additionally, if you are discourteous to our staff there is no obligation to help you and you may end up having your account suspended if your behaviour continues. Script-Ware doesn't tolerate disrespect from or towards our team.
