The Good

• Consistency in communication
• Energy and focus towards project
• We finished!
• The demo looks great
• Minimal distractions
• Setting up a proper workflow -> git/github issues etc
• Breaking up items that needed to be done into smaller more easily tackled issues
• Not fretting too much on the endgame/goals for the final product
• Being able to talk things over with someone else
• Being motivated because of consistent feedback to actually do work
• Strong focus on refining current features before adding in new ones

The Bad

• Needed to break down large user stories earlier
• Lead to low specification as to what was expected
• Lack of estimation
