Currently, a total of 12 functions are supported on Video Pages. These options will appear and function regardless if the video is still up or deleted.

The main resources for finding info about a song.

Nicolog

Opens the Nicolog for a video, allowing you to see a video's author, description, publish date, length, title, and tags.

Small & Large Thumbnail

Get the Small (low-res) and Large (higher-res) thumbnails of a video. Most older videos will only have small thumbnails, but still try both.

Hatena

Useful for getting the description and tags of songs without a Nicolog entry.

Nicopedia

Useful for getting the title, length, and date published for songs without a Nicolog entry.

VocaDB

VERYYYY useful for getting any info on a song. If the button takes you to a songs page, it may not be in the DB, but it's best to try and copy-paste the nicolog link into the "Add a song" submission box in VocaDB just to double-check.

Archive.org

Takes you to the Archive.org capture of a song's page if it exists. Useful for getting a song's thumbnail and details if a Nicolog entry doesn't exist.

Search Tab:

Make searching for a song by NND id quicker. Google, Bing, and YouTube searches have quotes surrounding the ID by default, meaning ONLY videos containing the exact ID inside the quotes in their description or title will be shown.

Google

Searches the video id of the video you are on. Useful for finding vocaranks that have the song's id in their descriptions and reprints.

Bing

Same as Google, but may have different results. Usually doesn't give better results than Google, but worth a try.

NND

Searches NicoNico by a song's id. Useful for finding vocaranks that weren't indexed by Google, and videos where a song might be used.

Openlists

Finds PUBLIC NND playlists that a song is in. Useful for finding playlists of a live broadcast, vocarank, or compilation video.

Youtube

Searches Youtube by a song's id. Some reprints have the original NND id in their description or title.

Sogou

Searches Sogou by a song's id. Currently not very useful as it tends to return a lot of garbage results, so mainly here as a placeholder for an implementation that searches by song names rather than NND id which should make it more use.

Yandex

Searches Yandex by a song's id. Similarly to Sogou, it's not that useful right now, although it SHOULD be more useful than Sogou. Will be expanded a lot in future updates.

Database Tab

Works by checking if the ID of the video you're on matches any of those in the database. If it does, then you'll see what vocarank it's in, its original title, and its availability. If no match is found, it'll say "No match found in database"

Title

Shows the original title of the video

Availability

Tells you whether or not the video is available on NND. Takes you to NND if you click on it (will be expanded to be more useful later)

Vocarank:

Tells you what vocarank the video is in. Clicking on it will bring you to that vocarank.
