Our Personal Goals

The first thing that we discussed when we started to work on this project was what did we want to get out of the exercise as a whole. We went around the group twice so that everyone would have a chance to reflect on the answers that the others had given to see if they wanted anything to add.

In no particular order, this was the short list that we came up with:

• to have fun
• to produce a working project that we could be proud of at the end of 2 weeks
• to accumulate feedback tat we could use for our portfolios
• to practice and improve our understanding of the processes
• to practice good team communication
