Webroot BrightCloud is a cloud-based threat intelligence service that provides real-time data on malicious URLs, IP addresses, files, and mobile apps. This data includes threat, content and reputation analysis. In addition, one can view a summary of URL data including category, reputation score and influences, and basic WhoIs information. It is also possible to view a summary of IP address data including threat status and analysis, geographic location, and virtually hosted domains on the IP address.
