There are several branches and tags created for convenience.

• Branches
  • vanilla to replay upstream releases
  • royx original code from Roy Xie to allow per year consumptive water use (wus)
  • master main integration branch
  • tapwaters changes from Technical Assistance Program for Watersheds
• Tags usually have a form of revXXX_YYY where XXX is an upstream SWAT code revision and YYY is usually one of the following
  • vanilla for original upstream code
  • <some number> to track minor changes (patch level) not related to the essence of SWAT code, e.g. glitches in CMake files
  • <some name><some number> to track specific modifications to upstream code for various branches
