#Post Install Instructions

• Create a new field on the PricebookEntry Object as follows:

Field Type: Text
Length: 255
Field Label: Quickbooks Id
Field Name: Quickbooks_Id__c
Unique: Checked, Case Sensitive
External ID: Checked

• Add the Quickbooks Id field to the Account Page Layout

  1. Click Setup | Object Manager | Account | Page Layouts
  2. Edit the Page Layout
  3. Drag the Quickbooks Id field from the Field Chooser Box to the page layout
  4. Double-click the field and set it to Read-Only and click Ok
  5. Click Save to save the Page Layout
  6. Repeat on any other page Layouts

• Authenticate with Quickbooks as follows:

  1. Click Setup | Security | Named Credentials
  2. Edit the SysTogether (Quickbooks) named Credential
  3. Ensure the "Start Authentication Flow on Save" checkbox is checked and click Save
  4. You will be prompted to login to Quickbooks
  5. After logging in, SysTogether is now able to access Quickbooks on your behalf.
