SM194 high resolution display for Atari cores

The Atari ST(E) cores, both historic and current Mistery core, also support a special 1280x1024 monochrome mode, recreating the experience of the Viking extension card coupled with a SM194 monitor.

To use this mode, you need to set the screen type to Monochrome in the OSD menu, and load in TOS the driver. To load the driver, you either boot from the floppy image which contains the driver, or copy the mist_vhi.prg from the floppy image to the AUTO directory of your hard disk.
