During the terms of the agreement under which TBD-Minitwit has agreed to provide access to its services to a user, the covered service will have an expected uptime of at least 98% And a general response time raning in the approximates of: ~200-300ms. Should TBD-Minitwit not be able to uphold a weekly uptime of at least 98% and the customer meets the requirements as defined in this SLA, the user within the supported regions will be eligible for a formal apology (under the rights of the user). This SLA states the user's sole and only means of remedy in the event that TBD-Minitwit should fail to uphold the promise henceforth. Terms that are undefined in this SLA should be considered "As-Is" or be defined during the agreement.
Definitions
Weekly Uptime Percentage
Is defined by the amount of hours per week. The low rate of weekly downtime regards maintenance perpetrated by the technicians who periodically may or may not update the application during the missing hours.
Regions
Users are only eligible for an official apology provided they have taken primary residency and can prove they are a citizen of the states that are dominant within the region. Supported regions include:

Rights of the User
Should a server outage or otherwise loss of data occur, it falls upon the user themselves and only themselves. Regardless of whether or not the development team is responsible for the loss of data.
The Agreement
The agreement refers to: (a) The physical agreement between TBD-Minitwit and the user, (b) the legal paper binding both parties to the same set of rules as described within this SLA.
The developers
The developers refers to the people developing TBD-Minitwit.
Reasonable Control
Outside interference such as Third Party software not endorsed by the developers, hardware malfunctions not directly caused by TBD-Minitwit's products or data loss perpetrated by unknown parties.
Customer must request the apology
In the event that TBD-Minitwit fails to uphold their end of the agreement, the user may send a mail to (Insert address here) With the enclosed information that would make a user eligible for a formal apology. Should the enclosed information be invalid information, TBD-Minitwit retains the right to ignore said request.
SLA exclusions
This SLA does not apply to (a) features that are still in development, or experimental (designated as test features by the development team) unless explicitly specified (b) Errors: (i) caused by third party software or external interference, (ii) caused by factors outside of the developers' reasonable control, (iii) caused by the user's hardware or malfunctions outside of the virtual space.
