Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1 Scoop EAS chocolate protein powder

Tools

  • Blender. The Black and Decker FusionBlade personal blender does the job well and sells for #$35.

Steps

  1. Pour milk into blender.
  2. Then add banana,
  3. walnuts,
  4. oatmeal,
  5. protein powder in that order.
  6. Blend to your hearts content.
