Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1 Scoop EAS chocolate protein powder
Tools
- Blender. The Black and Decker FusionBlade personal blender does the job well and sells for #$35.
Steps
- Pour milk into blender.
- Then add banana,
- walnuts,
- oatmeal,
- protein powder in that order.
- Blend to your hearts content.
