Ingredients
Egg Salad
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp prepared yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Sandwich
- Whole wheat bread
- American cheese
- Lettuce
Tools
- Saucepan
- Cutting board
- Chef's knife
- Mixing Bowl
Steps
- Place eggs in saucepan filled with cold water.
- Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
- Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from hot water, peel, and chop.
- Place chopped eggs in bowl, stir in mayonnaise, mustard, green onion, and celery.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Assemble sandwich and serve with sour cream and onion chips. Enjoy!
