Organizer Events

Very useful for planning sessions, but also for support and accountability.

Maker Meetups/Demo Day

Makers from your city/college will present their product with demonstration.

Workshops

You can host workshops either as full-day events every 1-3 months or so, or as evening events that occur weekly.

Make-a-thon

An intense 48 hour, non-stop competition where the top most makers, designers and developers across India get together and hack on the most difficult problems as a team with lots of hardware and software resources in the room. Participants can hack on problem statements posted by the partner companies or specific technologies posted by them. Participants can also elect to work on out of the box problems.

Virtual meetups

The IRC #makercommunity channel is always available for anyone to use for virtual meetups. Feel free to use it without asking, or create a #makercommunity-whatever channel if you prefer.
