Post Help-Session Feedback Forms

Please fill out the post help-session form for your class after every evening tutoring session you facilitate. This lets us know how many students are attending tutoring so we can make staffing adjustments as needed. Professors and CAs also benefit from hearing what questions students are asking and what topics students are struggling with. Thank you!
