We want to add the following

• Enhance logging
• Parallelize loading of data resource objects, plus add unit testing of multi-threading overall in Engine
• EngineConfiguration class: Add support for configuring source-based rules
• Improve command line parameters in Executor
• Additional validation rules for common cases
• Upstream validation, i.e. before content and resources are localized
• Localization validation, i.e. after content and resources have been localized
• Additional data sources
• XLIFF 2.0 support
• False positive management
