What this application do:

• it allows skill assignment to agents from the Finesse supervisor desktop

Why should you have it:

• it makes skill assignment easier for your supervisors
• it does not need to open new browser window, its integrated into Cisco Finesse supervisor desktop

What does it costs:

• nothing, it is my private poject
• I would be glad, if you give me any feedback for this gadget
• also I welcome any improvement idea

Is there any support

• no, I dont provide guaranteed technical support, you can report any issue here on GitHub

What Cisco UCCX is supported:

• I have tested Cisco UCCX 10 and Cisco UCCX 11
• If you test it on other version, please share with me the experience
• Cisco UCCE/PCCE platform are not supported
