Included information:

Runtimes for the individual steps in the pipeline (includes the run-times for both the profiling and full-proteome steps).
# of Proteins, # of Peptides, and # of PSMs per file for both the profiling and full-proteome steps.
Top 10 Species by NSAF and PSM count for Profiling
Top 10 Species by NSAF and PSM count for Full-Proteome

The summary webpage also has many links that can be clicked to be taken to other results pages for more detail or the Uniprot website.
