Proteins Results - mgtools/MetaProD GitHub Wiki

The Proteins website includes the individual protein results for a project.

Filters at the top allow one to filter the protein results by filename for that project or to include only the Profile or Proteome results (or both).

The "Export TSV" link near the top allows one to download a TSV with the results (may take a while to generate).

Included information:

• Accession with a link to the Uniprot website
• Gene with a link to filter results to only include that gene
• Proteome with a link to filter results to only include that proteome
• Organism with a link to filter results to only include that organism
• Protein description from the Uniprot website
• # Peptides - number of peptides linked to that protein with a link to these peptides
• # PSMs - number of PSMs linked to that protein with a link to these PSMs
• NSAF - NSAF for that protein
