Sample Configuration

This allows one to view the samples that have been set up for use by the software. Note that a sample is unique a project and a sample is considering a grouping of fractions when fractionation has occurred. If no fractionation has occurred, then files do not need to be given a sample.

If fractions have not been assigned a sample, they will be treated as individual samples when performing analysis rather than grouped together.

Click on an existing sample to edit it or use the "ADD SAMPLE" button (top right) to add a new one.

Adding/Editing a Sample

Description of Fields

Name: The name of the sample. This should be unique per project.

Project: The project associated with the sample.

Description: The description of the sample. This is optional.
