Reagent configuration

This allows one to view, edit, or delete reagents for use by the software where a reagent is considered an isobaric labelling reagent, such as TMT 11-plex. TMT 6-plex, TMT 10-plex, and TMT 11-plex are added by default, but other reagents are supported.

Click on an existing reagent to edit it or use the "ADD REAGENT" button (top right) to add a new one.

Adding/Editing a Reagent

Description of Fields

Name: The name of the reagent. This should be unique across the software.

Description: The description of the reagent. This is optional.

LABELS

NAME: The name of the label associated with the reagent.

DESCRIPTION: The description of the label associated with the reagent. This is optional.
