Project Configuration

This allows one to view, edit, add, or delete projects set up for the software.

A project is typically an individual dataset for which one would like to conduct analysis as a group. For example, it may be a collection of 20 files from a single dataset but a project is typically not files from different datasets unless one wishes to analyze those datasets as a single unit.

Click on an existing project to edit it or use the "ADD PROJECT" button (top right) to add a new one.

Adding/Editing a Project

Description of Fields

Name: The name of the project. It must be unique across the software (this will be enforced automatically by the database).

Description: The description for the project. This is optional.
