Mod list Configuration

The mod list page allows one to add, edit, or delete modifications used by the software. Note that for isobaric labels, mods need to include all possible positions where that mod can apply. For example, for TMT 10-plex, this includes K and the n-term.

Click on an existing mod to edit it or use the "ADD MOD LIST" button (top right) to add a new one.

Adding/Editing a Mod

Description of Fields

Name: Name of the mod. This must match what is supported by SearchGUI (typically based on Unimod), but many of the common ones are included. See SearchGUI for a full-list.

Description: The description for the mod. This is optional.
