Enzyme Configuration

The enzyme page allows users to view, add, delete, or update enzymes (proteases) for use by the software.

Note that it is possible to use multiple enzymes in a project.

Click on an existing enzyme to edit it or use the "ADD ENZYME LIST" button (top right) to add a new one.

Description of Fields

Name: The name of the enzyme. This must match what is supported in SearchGUI, but many of the most commonly used enzymes are already included.

Description: The description for the enzyme. This is optional.
