Notes

• A URL for getting specimens/samples/etc... by location will be added to the web service
• There will be no Bulk Move specific URL. Use normal POST and PUT URLs.
• There should be a "try again" option if an error occurs during a bulk move operation.
• Bulk Move sends a POST/PUT command to the web service directly after scanning each individual item to be moved.
