Your assignment is to build a mock of the website applying what you have learned today:

Requirements:

1. The nav must be fixed when scrolling a page.
2. The sections are header, welcome, selected section(images section or news section) and footer
3. You must be use HTML5, CSS3, flex box.
4. Responsive. Use media query if possible
5. Class names must be descriptive (meaningful and they describe what they contain/do)
