My Episode Quest Alt farming spreadsheet. This can be used to bulk level alts in servers, even where the xp is not boosted. It also gives hints as to where to go for better leveling if you are crafty for those level brackets. Additionally, it gives you an idea of the gear you need to survive in any class for all episodes.

Mew's Sheep Guide

This is my sheep guide for Light Witch/Soulmaster. It applies to most servers as it is, minus the need of catastrophic fen/the final gear being applicable, but if you still follow along, it's a good start.
