Compass is a ticketing system used by TransLink in Vancouver, BC, Canada. It has 2 variants:

• stored value card
• single trip tickets.

Single trip tickets

Single trips are of Mifare Ultralight variety and they're not encrypted or locked. Full reverse engineered specification is available from http://www.lenrek.net/experiments/compass-tickets/

Stored value cards

Stored value card is a fully-locked DESFire. There is no known way of reading it without knowing the keys.
