Common Issues

I can see the project in the GUI, but when selecting it, it does not open the project

This issue can happen if for example you have your data on a server, the connection is lost, and Automagic can not access the data or more specifically state_project.mat file.

• If you can establish the connection with server, then do so.
• If connection is not possible anymore, copy both your data folder and results folder to a new place where the connection is possible. Remove the project from the GUI. And reload your project from the newly created folders as explained here.

Side note: Please note that if the issue is really a lack of connection, while removing your project from the GUI, the state file will not be removed from the results folder, as there is no connection at all. So you can reload the project using the state_project.mat instead of other existing methods where the state_project.mat does not exists.
