mesoSPIM Version 1-3

mesoSPIM V1 to 3 do not have documentation.

mesoSPIM Version 4

• Hamamatsu Orca Flash 4.0 V3 sCMOS camera
• dual sided excitation path
• electrically tunable lenses for axially scanned light-sheet microscopy (ASLM), leading to uniform axial resolution across the FOV
• compatible with all clearing techniques
• extremely simple sample exchange
• 44 x 44 x 100 mm travel range
• 5 setups in operation
• Drawings and parts lists

mesoSPIM Version 5 - recommended

• excitation & detection paths identical to mesoSPIM Version 4
• does not require a large custom part (The "birdhouse") - stages are now mounted on a gantry built from X95 profiles.
• 52 x 52 x 102 mm travel range
• mechanical design avoids the stage wobble problem found in some mesoSPIM V4
