Assembly of the immersion cuvettes

Overview

Immersion cuvettes holders are based on X-95 carriers, a tip-tilt plate to adjust them relative to the light-sheet, and the immersion cuvette itself. They are designed to fit all possible XYZ and rotation positions of the sample.

Preparing the tip-tilt base

In order to attach the kinematic base to the tip-tilt plates, the central M4 screw of the tip-tilt plate has to be removed.

:warning: Make sure to hold the loosened plate of the tip-tilt mount with your hand to counteract the spring tension on it. Otherwise, it might go flying through the room.
