Form Web Page

After you've published the form, there are two ways to access it:

1. From the Administration system page.
2. Using a link.

1. Access from the Administration system page

1. go to SimplePhpFormBuilder admin page (login if needed) and click the "form list" tab.
2. In the row of your form click the "Details" button.
3. Below the "Status" row in the table click the link of "Web form":

The link format is http(s)://root_url/SimplePhpFormBuilder/form.php?id=X, Where X is the ID of the form.
