Decisions
- The team will use Jest and SuperTest to unit test backend code.
- Trello will be used to create and access backlogs.
- Scrum meetings will be held every two days at 11:30 PM.
- Feature Branch workflow will be used in Git and GitHub to coordinate teamwork. Feature branches will be merged into a develop branch at the end of each sprint or whenever suitable. Pushes to GitHub will be sent only after completing each feature and commits will be made only upon completing each task for a feature. The commit message should include a heading with the task that is completed with optional details in the body.
Actions
- Allocate 1 member to write up and publish the documentation on how to use the chosen unit testing frameworks.
- Allocate members to handle backlogs.
