• Decision about the testing frameworks to use in unit testing of backend codes.
• Decision about creating and accessing backlogs.
• Decision about how to organize scrum meetings.
• Decisions about how to use Git and Github to coordinate teamwork.

General Items

• Allocate 1 member to write up and publish the documentation on how to use the chosen unit testing framework.
• Allocate members to handle backlogs.
