Information Update / Reminders

• Before updating the GitHub Wiki, always submit your drafts on discord for verification.
• Make sure to update your progress on Trello
• Every member must learn and fully adapt to the chosen coding standard and documentation tool from this week onwards.

Decisions Needed

• Decision about the Coding Standard that the team will use in the project.
• Decision about the Documentation Tool that the team will use in the project.

General Items

• Plan the team research activity on finding the optimal software architecture solution for the project. The team should find the most suitable architectural design pattern, and create a tentative design of the classes and packages within each architectural layer such that it maximizes cohesion and minimizes coupling.
• Allocate 1/2 team members to complete, extend and revise the SRS document. They should revise the acceptance criteria for the user stories.
