Rounds of calculation:

Uses:

1. Assistant Invoice (invoice from the assistant)
2. Caseable Payment (Payment to the doctor or to the hospital)
3. Income Payment (Real income from the case)
4. Assistant Payment (Real payment from the assistant)

Income calculation: Assistant Payment ( if no payment then Assistant Invoice) - Caseable Payment = Income Payment

All payments could be fixed it means that they won't be changed automatically.

In the calculation process counts conditions also. To the main formula could be added or decreased value according to the current case.
