Enables Default Logging using a supplied output method.
New-PodeLoggingMethod -Terminal | Enable-PodeDefaultLogging
The Levels that should be logged (default is 'Error', 'Emergency', 'Alert', 'Critical', 'Warning', 'Notice', 'Informational').
