What is the Brew Control Dash?

The brewery is a collection of tubes, wires, and tanks instrumented with thermocouples and actuated with transistors. An Arduino Ethernet reads from those sensors and controls those transistors. For years, the only way to see what it was doing was log- or matplotlib- based viewing. This repo changes that, by providing a dashboard that shows a continuously updated graphical view of what's going on.
