Iteration 0 - Zero Feature Release
In this document we are doing the research required to finalize and publish our zero feature release iteration, where we list the technologies required and planning for the project life-cycle, this release contains:

- Divide the development into small tasks.
- Make Project's proposal.
- To make organized managements.
- To make quality development using software engineering tools.
- Academic article regarding the technologies we are going to use in this project life-cycle.
- Version control.
- Create for the project user manual and developer manual.
- Possible risks that may appear during the project life-cycle
