Booting directly into your boot volume via Apple boot picker (OPTION key on boot) is sufficient to remove effects of the patches provided in OpenCore. However, see below for a complete uninstall.

Uninstall Process

1. Boot you Mac while holding OPTION key.
2. Using arrow keys, highlight your macOS boot volume (NOT Kryptonite/OpenCore disk).
3. Press CTRL + ENTER to set your macOS boot volume as default boot target.
4. After booting, remove the Kryptonite/OpenCore partition.
5. Reset NVRAM.
