Join the domain with the breached user using a windows client

Log into the local machine account

PS C:\Users\Birnbam03-WINPC1> whoami
winpc1\birnbam03-winpc1

Add the target DC as a DNS server

Join the domain using the wizzard

Add the computer to the domain

If possible, make the new domain account local admin

Restart computer
