Public Safety Answering Points (aka PSAPs, pronounced "Pee Saps") do not yet have well-defined boundaries. But they will be defined and added to the New York City Street Centerline Database and published to NYC Open Data.

Public Safety Answering Point boundaries should not be confused with Public Safety Answering Centers (aka PSACs, pronounced "Pee-sacks") or the actual dispatch of emergency services. The New York City Public Safety Answering Point corresponds to more than one Public Safety Answering Center.
The boundaries of a Public Safety Answering Point will differ from the official governmental boundaries. Consider the example of a meandering river that has carved up a real-world boundary between two jurisdictions where the river's path differs from the established legal boundaries.
