About the Project and Wiki

I decided recently that it might be fun to design a full computer design from the CPU on up. This involves a lot of steps and many different technologies, including instruction set design (RISC, CISC, something in between?, machine architecture (bus widths, Harvard vs Von Neumann, memory map, etc), compilers, and operating systems. If this sounds like fun to you too, keep reading. If not, there are lots of sloth videos out there...
