Week Eight — Set up Node - matthewlaujh/itpnyu-understandingnetworks GitHub Wiki
set up node.js on your host if you haven’t already. You can confirm whether or not from the command line by typing which node. The host should respond with the directory path to node.js. If not, it’s not installed. If you prefer a graphic approach to server programming, try setting up node-red on your host.
Installed node and I think it works? Haven't quite figured out what I want to do with it yet. Will try to have an idea hopefully by class time, maybe, sorry Tom didn't realise we had to have done something with Node until I saw the email you sent out. I thought we just had to have it installed for class. —9pm update, might have time to work on something, will upload before class maybe, sorry Tom.
update - work some scripts, but for some reason I'm getting a 502 bad gateway, will try to figure this out tomorrow maybe
