Usage

心臓が〜（と）打つ
My heart is ~ pounding; have one's heart in one's mouth.

〜する
~ be excited; have butterflies in one's stomach.

Examples

走りすぎてまだ胸がドキドキしてるよ
My heart is still pounding because I ran so fast.

I'm excited and my heart is pounding.
