Sioux Falls 2014

Does anyone know what the projected coordinate reference system for the Sioux Falls 2014 example is? I've tried a variety of NAD83 and South Dakota South variations, but to no avail. I also do not see any reference to it in the working paper by Pieter or Artem, nor in the config.xml file of the example.
