basic example - matroxel/roman_imsim GitHub Wiki
Overview
The basic call to the script looks like:
python simulate.py sim.yaml <filter name> <dither index>
A test filter name and dither index combination might be H158 30598
Larger runs are intended to be parallelisable by filter and dither pointing.
The .yaml
file currently contains some hard-coded paths and files, some of which may not be distributed publicly (yet). If you have access to ruby (the Ohio Supercomputer Center), the paths should work, except you should change the output directory to one to which you have write permissions. Otherwise, contact @matroxel for things.
The .yaml
file options should be well-documented, so see comments within the example file.
