If you need to adapt the country selection you can do it as follows:

1. Copy the files from typo3conf/ext/t3chimp/Resources/Private/Language/Countries to a folder of your choice.
2. Edit the copied files to adapt the country selection
3. Configure the path to the new country lists by setting plugin.tx_t3chimp.settings.countryLists to the path of your adapted files.
