Use MathJax-node

We have developed https://github.com/mathjax/MathJax-node for using MathJax with nodejs. This way you can generate SVG or MathML, process entire pages or build a webservice. We're working with Benetech on adding accessibility features.

Mathjax-node has been incorporated into Mathoid which is part of MediaWiki's Math Extension. (Mathoid used to be based on SVGTeX.)
