Components design

Components are comment modules that are reused within your document. But they offer the advantage of also been usable from other documents via your shared Adobe CC Libray. This advantage makes Components the feature to use for building Design Systems.

Youtube tutorial released on May 2019 on how to use Components within Adobe XD.

1. Select by layer -OR- select elements with the mouse,
2. Group them [Ctrl]+[G],
3. In the Layers view [Ctrl]+[Y], double click on the new Group and rename it,
4. From the same selected folder Make Component [Ctrl]+[K],
5. Now if you switch to the Libraries view [Ctrl]+[Shift]+[Y], this new component is listed under « Components ».

Plugins
