Maintenance of GitHub Releases, git tags, version.rb and CHANGELOG.md is automated by release-please and release-please-action.

• Merges to the main branch may create/update a release PR.

• Once the release PR is merged - a new GitHub Releases and git tag are created.

• Also CHANGELOG.md and version.rb are updated.

• CHANGELOG.md is based on the commit messages that should follow Conventional Commits specification.

• In order to set the release version, a commit with Release-As should be pushed to the release PR.
