SIR 3.x Series

In Raw settings you can just type dcraw arguments like in old 2.x series. You can do it in Advanced tab. Tab bar is at bottom of Options window.

It is new feature in 3.x series (pending at the moment) - you can use nice, user friendly tool in Basic tab. Tab bar is at bottom of Options window.

Note that since 3.0 release raw settings are available in SIR main window at conversion settings in Raw tab.

SIR 2.x Series

In Raw settings type dcraw executable file and dcraw arguments like on screenshot.
